Bilingual Technical Customer Service job requirements

Knowledge in the following is a requirement:
  • Those who have experience using Office365 products and can use a PC.
  • Able to answer phone calls and read and write in Japanese.
  • (Basic Japanese will be used for training and work.)
  • Those who can work shifts including night shifts 24/365.
  • Those who can work at the office.

Job Description

  • Answering phone calls and exchanging e-mails with customers in Japanese and English.
  • Handling phone calls and exchanging e-mails with internal staff in Japanese.
  • English translation of Japanese manual.
  • Service desk for the following operations.
    • Office365 (help desk), security (SOC work), system operation service desk (NOC work).
    • The basic work is from receiving inquiries to managing the status of inquiries, and other team members handle work that includes technical elements.
